In our recruitment process we select and hire crew members with the appropriate skills, qualifications, and experience. We ensure that not only are the mariners qualified and can communicate effectively in English.
Crew members must be trained in a variety of areas, including safety procedures, navigation, and emergency response. They must also be trained on the specific equipment and systems used on the vessel.
We handle the appropriate scheduling for crew members. This also involves assisting in the application process for visas.
Our agency monitors the crew’s compliance with safety regulations and respond to any incidents or emergencies that may arise. We ensure that certificates and qualifications are up-to-date, and keep a database of these records.
